At Get Centered Counseling I will help you to better understand your anxiety and the biology behind what happens when the attacks come on. I will also work with you to help you learn skills to change those biological occurrences and reduce the pain you feel, as well as looking at the underlying conditions for the anxiety. Research has shown that anxiety decreases when people act in ways that are congruent with their values. By getting to know you, and better understanding the world from your point of view, I will work with you to explore what is most important to you and ways in which you can take action to live your life in balance with your values.
